The Wisconsin MBA Program is sponsoring the Fall 2010 Women's Weekend: Pushing Boundaries, scheduled for Friday, October 22 and undergraduate students are welcome to attend. The purpose of this event is to bring together students, alumni, faculty, and staff to discuss the issues that are currently facing women in business.
This is a great opportunity for undergraduate students to learn from influential women in business, and also learn about the Wisconsin MBA program. Students can attend as many sessions as they would like. Highlights include the keynote speaker, Mary Triana, Asst. Professor in the Dept. of Management and Human Resources (9:30 - 10:30 in Executive Dining Room, Grainger Hall) as well as the Women in Business Panel (1:00 - 2:30 in room 4349, Grainger Hall).
Students are welcome to attend the whole day if they would like or as much as they are able to attend. There is no cost for attending. See the full schedule and register for the event at http://ww.bus.wisc.edu/mba/visit/WomenInBusiness.asp.
