Don't know what to do with your old jeans? Donate them to "Cotton. From Blue to Green" and make a difference by Katie Coon

The “Cotton. From Blue to Green”.®denim drive is a call-to-action to donate denim and give it “new life” by converting it into UltraTouch™ Denim Insulation. The insulation is then provided to communities in need and areas affected by natural disaster to assist with building efforts.

The “Cotton. From Blue to Green”.® denim drive served as a grassroots student-run campaign to educate college coeds about the natural, renewable and recyclable attributes of denim. This year, the University of Wisconsin-Madison was chosen to head a student-run, “Cotton. From Blue to Green.®” campaign. We hope to collect 500, or more, pairs of jeans by October 31st.
