We’re looking for our next leaders.

The Apple Store Leader Program is a 24-month immersion into every aspect of managing and operating an Apple Retail Store. Participants spend time in key store positions, learning how to motivate and inspire those around them.

When they finish the program, they’ll have distinctive leadership skills—including experience with cross-functional team dynamics, complex business operations, and employee training and development—and the opportunity to apply for a leadership position at one of our stores anywhere in the world.

What we want in a candidate:

• A record of academic success with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• An undergraduate degree by June 2012.
• Past leadership experience in student groups, clubs, or on the job.
• A highly motivated individual, hungry to learn and excited to tackle new challenges.
• A love of technology and belief that it can transform people’s lives.

What participants do:
