Baker Tilly is seeking highly talented, motivated, and diverse college graduates to join our Consulting team. As a new consultant, you will play an integral role on our project teams and assist our clients in designing and implementing solutions to meet their unique business needs. Consultants have the opportunity to experience a variety of projects across multiple industries and functional areas which will foster rapid professional and personal growth. Our team is dedicated to ensuring our consultants build a solid foundation for success through direct client interaction, serving a diverse client base, attending professional training courses, participating in a formal mentorship program, conducting performance management activities and assisting with internal initiatives.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Developing close working relationships with client executives
- Defining, documenting, and improving business processes
- Providing project management support to senior consultants
- Conducting financial and data analysis
- Developing client deliverables
- Researching industry and functional trends
- Leveraging various technologies and cloud-based (SaaS) solutions in client and internal environments
- Collaborating in our one-firm environment; learning from skilled colleagues across all the Baker Tilly professional services
- Improving your skill set through formal internal training and approved external training

Baker Tilly Consulting candidates must possess:
- An undergraduate or masters degree in Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems/Technology, Human Resources, or a similar degree
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and minimum major GPA of 3.2
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, communication, research, presentation, time management, and business fundamentals skills
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving approach to business issues
- Entrepreneurial orientation and interest
- A passion to deliver exceptional client service and contribute in a team environment
