Reminder to first-year students about mandatory advising session by Katie Coon

Hello, first-year pre-business students!  We hope your semester is off to a great start!  To guide you through your first year as a pre-business student, academic advisors and students will work together during a First-Year Advising Session to discuss the pre-business requirements, admission and application information, major exploration, spring courses and more.

Students who participated in advising with the Wisconsin School of Business at SOAR should have registered for a First-Year Advising Session at SOAR.  To check to see which session you are registered for, click here.  If you need to register for a different session, you can change your registration here.

If you did not attend SOAR with the Wisconsin School of Business or have not yet registered for a mandatory session, please register here.

We look forward to seeing you at a session soon.  Please remember to come to your session with questions, your academic advising handbook (if you participated in advising with the WSoB at SOAR), and a list of courses you're considering for the spring.

These sessions are for first-year students who graduated from high school in 2011.  If you are a transfer student interested in advising, you can schedule an appointment with your academic advisor or attend a Transfer Group Advising session.
