Each year the BCC collects salary information from ALL graduating business students. This information is used to provide students, faculty, staff, parents, employers and media information regarding average salaries for Wisconsin graduates working in various industries and locations.

For the class of 2009, the average base salary was $49,712. This is a slight increase from the average starting base salary in 2008, which was $49,551. About 57% of the graduating class in 2009 received a signing bonus, which ranged from $1,000-$10,000, averaging out at $4,360. The three industries with the most acceptances among Wisconsin business grads were Financial Services, Retailing and Accounting.
