Each semester, the Business Career Center collects the post-graduation plans of all graduating seniors. The information collected is reported in aggregate form to students, parents, faculty and staff, employers and the media.
Please let the BCC know if you are searching for a job, accepted a job or have offers, not searching at all, planning to go to graduate school, starting your own business or something else! Students who report their post-graduation plans will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card from Kohl's, Best Buy or Noodles and Co. (Congratulations to our first-round gift card drawing winners: Bill Kotnarowski, Zach Shimota, Jessy Chow and Laura Klinge!)

Why is this information so important?
All of the salary and post-graduation information goes into the BCC Year in Review. When a student meets with one of the BCC career advisors about an offer they have received, the salary data is used by students and their advisor to see how the offer compares to offers that have been previously extended to Wisconsin School of Business graduates in various industries, job functions and geographic locations.
This data is also used by employers, who want to ensure their intern and full-time salaries are consistent within the industry. The media uses this data in news stories and to assess program quality.
Submitting your post-graduation plans also allows your BCC advisor to keep in touch with you once you are an alumni and to assist you with your job search, if you are seeking full-time employment.
