Laura Francis is the CFO of Auxogyn. Before joining Auxogyn, she was the CFO and VP of finance at Promega Corporation, a privately held life sciences company with approximately $250 million in revenue. She was responsible for all finance, accounting, and tax functions within the company, as well as strategy and business development.

Before joining Promega, Ms. Francis was the chief financial officer of Bruker BioSciences Corporation, a publicly traded life science company. Prior to her experience with Bruker BioSciences Corporation, she was chief financial officer for venture-backed companies Nutra-Park, an agricultural biotechnology company, and Hypercosm, a software company. Earlier in her career, Ms. Francis was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Co., a consulting firm, and an audit manager with Coopers & Lybrand, an accounting firm. She holds an MBA from Stanford University, a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a CPA from the State of California.
