Ordering Business Cards
Business cards for faculty and staff of the Wisconsin School of Business with our logo are ordered online from UW-Madison Digital Publishing and Printing Services. Fill in the fields on the form below with your desired information. Because “Wisconsin School of Business” appears in the logo, that information does not need to be entered into the request form. The typical quantity ordered is 500 cards. Please use your department fund number when ordering. You will be emailed a PDF proof of the card prior to printing.
